On this week's episode, I sat down with Dr. Daniel M. Briskie II. He was born and raised in Flint, Michigan, growing up around the dental profession thanks to his pediatric dentist father. After graduating from Detroit Mercy and completing a General Practice Residency at Denver Health Hospital, he developed a passion for surgery, mastering techniques like Full Arch implants, PRF/PRP, IV sedation, and more. Dr. Briskie teaches the technical aspects of surgery and digital dentistry to General Practitioners, helping them gain confidence and skill. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys fishing in Alaska, drinking Mai Tais on the beach with his wife, and exploring Colorado's natural beauty through hiking, snowboarding, and camping. He cherishes quality time with close friends and family.

Give a listen to Dr. Dan Briskie, a dentist and co-founder of Colorado Surgical Institute, shares his journey into dentistry and the development of his surgical skills. He emphasizes the importance of finding a work-life balance and taking care of one's mental health. Dr. Briskie discusses the collaborative nature of the dental industry and the value of learning from and supporting fellow professionals.
